A. How to register as user?

  1. Please click MY ACCOUNT and NEW USER REGISTRATION when you are in our website.
  1. Fill in all your particulars and make sure is genuine/ real data
  2. Once you have fill in all the information completely, you will see a message appeat at the bottom of the page.
  1. Please go to your email account and look for our email send from the system. There is a chance that it may end up in JUNK folder.
  1. Please open the email and click on the link to verify your email. Once you click the link, you will be able to login to our website and start ordering toys.

B. How to place order?

  1. Search around in the website either by the top menu or search bar in the HOMEPAGE/ MAIN PAGE.
  2. Assuming you found the item, there are 2 options either you click “Add to cart” or “Par Deposit“. If you click “Add to cart” you can continue to add other items before you want to checkout your cart. A new button will appear beside the “Add to cart” button which is “View Cart“. You can view cart now or later and continue your shopping.
  1. If you click Pay Deposit, it will open the product page and show you the deposit that you need to pay.Can the customer pay more than the deposit stated in the page? No you can’t if you are using in-house payment option in our website such as credit card or FPX. Yes, if you choose DIRECT BANK-IN option. Meaning you need to access your own banking system to transfer manually to our bank account. You MUST attach the slip to us either at your order page or Whatsapp/ Telegram to us. Please make sure you write the ORDER NUMBER in your transaction details for our reference and we will update the total deposit you paid at the order page.
  2. When you want to CHECKOUT your cart, you can go back to MY ACCOUNT and click CART. Then check your list again and make sure the quantity and item is correct. You can manually remove whatever items that you don’t want before you checkout.
  1. You need to key-in your address and click calculate postage for the first time (next time will auto use back your address and postage fee will be displayed automatically. You may also change the shipping address here before you checkout.
  2. If you would like to arrange for COD (but location for COD is not arranged) you can choose “Local pickup“. Can you still change shipping or COD later? Yes and we will still be able to add the postage fee later into your order.
  3. Make sure you check your address again before proceed to payment. In case you would like to send to a different address, you can click “Ship to a different address?
  1. Choose the desire payment method. Direct bank transfer means you need to manually bank in/ transfer the money to my bank and send the receipt to us either at 0195503885 through Telegram or Whatsapp and MUST write your ORDER NUMBER in your transaction details for our reference. The other 2 options are straightforward , just follow the step-by-step to complete the payment. FPX service will have a fix charge at RM1.5/ transaction or checkout while Credit Card through Stripe will have a 3% service charge on top of your total bill. Proceed to click Place Order after you have choose the payment option.
  1. Once we received your payment we will change your order status accordingly.
  2. If you are only paying for DEPOSIT and not FULL PAYMENT, there will be 2 invoices created by the system each for the deposit and balance payment. Once we verify your deposit payment, we will change it to COMPLETE (1st INVOICE) and the 2nd INVOICE (balance payment) status will be ON-Hold (stock not ready). If you receive an email notification stated PENDING PAYMENT meaning the stocks arrive and you need to make payment before we can ship to you or arrange for COD.
